14 campgrounds under a certified dark sky in Arizona

More of them sit in Grand Canyon National Park than anywhere else in the state. The National Park Service and the Forest Service run nearly all of them. Sizes run from 1 to 357 sites.

A campground is listed when it sits inside a certified National Park Service unit, within ten miles of an International Dark Sky park, reserve or sanctuary, or within five miles of a certified community. Certification is DarkSky International’s and the join is ours.
