On Wilderness Atlas →

This campground sits inside Six Rivers National Forest, which overlaps Shasta-Trinity National Forest.

Each unit is published as a centre point and an acreage rather than a boundary, so this section stands it in for a circle of the same area. Whether a campground is inside, and how far it is from one it is outside, are both approximate.

Recreation

Nearby tributaries to the Trinity River offer beautiful spots to swim and spend the day. Generally, Pigeon Point to Big Flat is too dangerous for tuber and family canoeists. Boating is no advisted from Cedar Flat to Grays Falls except for expert boaters. Several commercial guides operate on the Trinity River under Forest Service Special Use permits.
